Welcome! Bina Goykadosh & Dr. Eden Haramati are experienced Registered Dietitian Nutritionists committed to empowering you to improve your health. By the way, they also happen to be twin sisters.

Bina Goykadosh, MS, RDN, CDN

Bina Goykadosh, MS, RDN, CDN is the Founder of Virtual Nutritionist Group. She is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and holds a Master’s degree in Nutrition & Exercise Sciences from Queens College, CUNY. Bina has experience working in various professional settings. She served as a Nutrition Coordinator for the Virtual Smart Living Initiative at the New York City Department for the Aging, an Adjunct Professor at Touro College, and she provides one-on-one counseling privately. Bina helps clients set small, achievable goals to reach their desired outcomes. She presents nutrition workshops for WorkWell NYC, to promote health and wellness amongst NYC employees. Bina is eager to help others improve their eating habits and lead healthier lives. She enjoys listening to music, boating, and hiking. Some of her favorite foods include salmon, fruit smoothies, and blueberry cake.

Dr. Eden Haramati, PhD, RDN, CDN

Dr. Eden Haramati, PhD, RDN, CDN is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Dietitian Nutritionist. She holds a PhD in Behavioral Nutrition from Columbia University. In collaboration with Perinatal Pathways research lab at Columbia University Irving Medical Center, her research investigates the relationships between prenatal diet quality and intake of ultra-processed foods with weight gain during pregnancy. Eden’s professional experiences have spanned different arenas, including clinical, community, research and education. She enjoys helping clients enhance their food intake through fostering motivation, empowerment, meal planning, and self-discovery. She promotes a diversified eating pattern emphasizing unprocessed and minimally processed foods in the context of individuals’ needs, resources, lifestyles, and cultural backgrounds. Her areas of specialty include disordered eating; periconception, prenatal and postpartum nutrition. Eden loves sunshine, exploring state and national parks, and exposing her children to new dishes. Some of her favorite foods include mesclun greens, mozzarella cheese and chickpea cookies.
